Shipping and Returns

Ready to ship pieces ship within 3-5 business days. Made to order and custom items require extra time for production. Please pay close attention to the made to order time frames specified under each piece.

Shipping is free within the continental United States.

Orders up to $10,000 will be shipped via 2-4 day delivery. Orders above $10,000 will ship via Overnight delivery.

Please note that all pieces ship with Signature Required upon delivery for insurance purposes.

Nicolette Fine Jewels is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the recipient’s unavailability for signature. Nicolette Fine Jewels is not liable for any missing package when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Nicolette Fine Jewels is not responsible for any delays due to weather nor technical issues from the shipping carrier.

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days, unless otherwise specified in the item description.

If you require a return or exchange, please contact nk@nicolettefinejewels.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be provided a return shipping label free of charge. 

Items must be returned in original packaging, and in original, unworn condition, for a full refund. Nicolette Fine Jewels reserves the right to reject any returned pieces that show damage, misuse, or wear.

After 14 days from delivery of order, all sales are final.

All personalized, bespoke, and/or commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note that as each jewelry piece is crafted individually, gemstone weights may vary.

We have made every effort to display the true colors and images of all gemstones, pieces, and products. Nicolette Fine Jewels cannot guarantee that your computer's monitor or your device's display of any color is accurate.

All orders shipped within California are subject to California sales tax.

Sales tax will be calculated based upon the shipping address used at checkout.
